In this article, we will walk through the connection of WordPress forms to HubSpot using Bit Integrations, a powerful integration WordPress plugin.
For the procedure, we’re choosing the Fluent Forms, feel free to use other ones that you are comfortable with; Bit Form, Contact Form 7, etc forms that Bit Integrations supports.

For Fluent Forms HubSpot integration download, install, and activate the Bit Integrations plugins
To integrate Hubspot with WordPress form go to your Bit Integrations dashboard and click Create Integration.
Now for trigger selection search for Fluent Forms and click. Search for any other forms that you use in your WordPress site.
Now, select one among the options and click Next.
Again, search for and select Hubspot as an action.
For the first step, you will need the Hubspot Access Token. To acquire the token you can follow the Note there or just simply follow further here:)
Go to your HubSpot account. From there select the Settings icon and from the Integrations option choose Private Apps. After that, click on the Create a private app. Simple, right?
Now, write down the ‘Bit Integrations’ Name and go to Scopes. You can use a logo and write a description if you want to.
In the Scopes, under CRM select all the necessary Read and Write boxes you may need for smooth data automation. Hit the Create app on the upper left.
Click on Continue creating.
Your Private App will created. From here click on show token and copy it.
Paste the token and click on Authorized. It will show Authorized successfully. After that, press next.
We are almost there.
Next up, set according to your Form Fields and HubSpot Fields. You can check out the Utilities boxes that you may need. Set conditional logic also if you require. Click next at the end.
By enabling the Utilities, you can assign a contact owner, set a lifecycle stage, and update lead status. Additionally, you have the option to update existing contact records for better organization and management.
We’re done setting. Hit on the Finish & Save.
Go to your Bit Integrations dashboard, you can see both the forms and HubSpot were connected.
The work status can be disabled when not needed. Also, from action integration information in info work history in the timeline, edit the process. Also, clone or edit the process if you wants to.
It can be also seen from the Bit Integrations dashboard. Simply press the Timeline option. The status will show if it was successful or failed.
It’s time to test the connection. Submit all your form fields.
Next up, from your HubSpot account go to your Contacts.
You will see your Form data is successfully sent to your HubSpot CRM.
