All content related to Bit Integrations, including the plugin itself, text, graphics, and logos, are the property of Bit Apps. Unauthorized use of them is strictly prohibited. However, the Bit Integrations plugin is released under the GNU General Public License v2.0. This means you are free to copy, modify, and distribute the software, provided that any modifications or derivative works are also licensed under GPL-2.0 and that the source code is made available.

License to Use Bit Integrations

When you purchase Bit Integrations, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plugin according to these Terms and Conditions. 

Plugin Ownership

All plugins, including Bit Integrations, are developed and maintained by Bit Apps. It is expressly forbidden to assert any kind of intellectual or exclusive ownership rights over our products. 

The plugin is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, whether expressed or implied. Bit Integrations shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or losses that may occur due to the use or inability to use the plugin.

Purchases and Payments

Payment Gateway:

For secure online transactions, Bit Integrations uses Paddle.com, a global payment and checkout platform.

Accepted Payment Methods:

• Credit and Debit Cards: Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay, Mada.
• PayPal: For secure online payments.
• Alipay: Available in Early Access for customers in China.
• iDEAL: In Early Access for customers in the Netherlands.
• Digital Wallets: Google Pay (on Chrome browser), Apple Pay (on HTTPS pages on Safari).
• Wire Transfers: ACH/SEPA/BACS for transactions over $100*.

Transaction Security:

All transactions are processed using secure encryption technology to protect your personal and financial information.

Payment Processing:

Upon completing a purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your transaction details. Ensure all provided information is accurate to avoid delays or issues with your order.

Pricing and Taxes

Prices are listed in USD on our website. When users proceed to purchase the Bit Integrations plugin paddle will handle the rest. Here the prices will be displayed in their local currency. Applicable taxes are calculated based on the user's location at the time of purchase.

Compliance and Verification:
We comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to online payments. Transactions are subject to validation and authorization by both the card issuer and Paddle.com to maintain security and prevent fraud.

Refund Policy

Bit Integrations offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to our refund policy conditions.

After renewal, the refund policy will not be applicable. 

Renew Policy

Most users prefer automatic renewal of their recurring plans to avoid the risk of forgetting to renew manually. Without renewal, users miss out on essential security updates, new features, improvements, and bug fixes, which are crucial for keeping their websites safe and running smoothly.

At Bit Apps, we use Paddle for our subscription system, which automatically collects recurring payments annually. If a user needs to pause their recurring payment, they can simply contact our support team, and we’ll take care of pausing the payment option.

Price Changes

Bit Integrations reserves the right to modify the pricing of Bit Integrations at any time. This includes:

• Notice of Changes: We strive to provide advanced notice of price changes but reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
• Effective Date: Price changes are effective immediately upon posting on our website or at the point of sale.
• Subscriptions and Renewals: New pricing may apply upon the renewal of a subscription. However, existing subscribers will continue to renew at their original subscription price, ensuring they are not impacted by any price increases. We will notify existing subscribers in advance of any changes to their renewal terms.
• Commitment to Affordability: We are committed to offering competitive pricing for Bit Integrations.
• Refusal of Purchase: Users can discontinue use or refuse to purchase Bit Integrations if they disagree with the price changes.

User Conduct

As a user of Bit Integrations, you are expected to uphold high standards of conduct, including:

• Lawful Use: Use Bit Integrations only for lawful purposes, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
• No Unauthorized Activities: Prohibited activities include distributing viruses, conducting illegal activities, infringing on intellectual property rights, and attempting unauthorized access to the plugin or website.
• Respect Intellectual Property: Do not redistribute, or sell Bit Integrations without permission.
• Privacy and Data Protection: Ensure compliance with privacy laws when handling personal data using Bit Integrations.
• Avoid Interfering with Website Operations: Do not engage in actions that could disrupt the website or plugin functionality.

Limitation of Liability

Bit Apps strives to provide high-quality plugins, including Bit Integrations. However, under legal standards and industry practices, we limit our liability. 

Bit Apps reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Bit Integrations, or any part of its services, at any time and for any reason, with or without prior notice. Bit Integrations will not be liable for any damages, losses, or consequences that may result from such modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

Please note that some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for certain damages, so some or all of these limitations may not apply to you.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of Bit Integrations following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

Affiliate Terms

Bit Apps offers an affiliate program, including for Bit Integrations, under the following terms:

• Eligibility: Affiliates must be 18 years or older, with an active website, blog, or social media presence relevant to WordPress or web development.
• Application and Approval: Affiliates must apply through our website. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application.
• Commission Structure: Affiliates earn a 30% commission on sales generated through their referral link.
• Promotion and Conduct: Affiliates must promote Bit Integrations professionally and ethically. Misleading or unethical advertising is prohibited.
• Payment: Commissions are paid out monthly/quarterly, provided the affiliate meets the minimum payment threshold.
• Termination: Either party can terminate the affiliate relationship at any time. Upon termination, the affiliate must remove all promotional materials related to Bit Integrations.
• Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Affiliate Program Terms. Continued participation following changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.

Lifetime License

For Bit Integrations, the following terms apply to Lifetime Licenses:

• Duration of License: The 'lifetime' refers to the lifespan of the product, not the user. The license remains valid as long as Bit Integrations is actively maintained and offered by Bit Apps.
• No Recurring Fees: Lifetime license holders will not be required to pay additional fees for Bit Integrations, including updates and support.
• Scope of License: The license is valid for the specified number of sites at the time of purchase. It is non-transferable and cannot be resold.
• Discontinuation: If Bit Integrations is discontinued, lifetime license holders will be notified. However, after discontinuation, updates and support will no longer be provided.
• Change of Terms: Bit Apps reserves the right to modify the terms of the Lifetime License. Any changes will be communicated to existing license holders.
• Refund Policy: The lifetime license is subject to our standard refund policy.

Support Policy

Eligibility for Support:

• Customers with Active Accounts: Support is available to customers with an active account and subscription to Bit Integrations.
• During Subscription Period: Support is provided throughout the active subscription or warranty period. Access to support ceases upon expiration or cancellation of your subscription or warranty.
• Compliance with Terms of Use: Support is contingent upon compliance with our Terms of Use.

Exclusions from Support:

• Expired Subscriptions: Users with expired or canceled subscriptions are not eligible for support.
• Non-Compliance Issues: Issues arising from non-compliance with our usage guidelines or unauthorized modifications are not covered.
• Third-Party Services or Products: Issues related to third-party services or products that integrate with Bit Integrations are not covered.
• Beta or Trial Services: Support for beta or trial versions of Bit Integrations is limited and provided at our discretion.
