Authorization of Capsule CRM Integration

First you have to select the Capsule CRM from the actions page. To do this open your Bit Integrations dashboard then click on Create Integration button now the Trigger page will open select any trigger from the list such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form. Then proceed to next and the action page will open. Now Search and select Capsule CRM from the action page.

Integration Name/Title: Here give the meaningful integration title as per your requirement.

To set up Capsule CRM integration with Bit Integrations, you’ll need Capsule CRM API URL and API Key. Follow these steps to get them.

To get your Capsule CRM API URL, follow these steps:

  • Go to your Capsule CRM account.
  • In the top right corner, click on the profile icon.
  • Then click on the “Account Settings“.
  • Select “Account and Plan” from the menu.
  • The site address will be displayed in the “Site Address” field.
  • Copy the “Site Address“.
  • Go back to the integration page and paste your “API URL“.

To get your Capsule CRM API Key, follow these steps:

  • Click on “CapsuleCRM API Token”.
  • Click on “Generate First API token“.
  • Give the token a description.
  • Check the boxes next to “Create, update, and delete information from your Capsule account” and “Update user preference“.
  • Click on “Generate Token“.
  • Your API Key will be displayed. Copy it.
  • Go back to the integration page and paste your API Key.

Once you have successfully entered your Capsule CRM API URL and API key, click “Authorize” to proceed. Once you have successfully authorized your account then click on “Next“.

In the Capsule CRM integration settings, you will see a “Map Fields” option. This is where you will need to map the fields from your form to the corresponding fields in Capsule CRM. The “First Name” field is the default field in Capsule CRM, so you will need to map your form’s “First Name” field to this field in Capsule CRM.
