ClickUp is a versatile productivity and project management tool designed to facilitate team collaboration and organization. With the help of Bit Integrations, you can easily create a task in your ClickUp account. This integration is compatible with several popular platforms such as WordPress Forms, WooCommerce, LMS, and Membership.

Once a trigger event occurs on any of these platforms, Bit Integrations will use field mapping to automatically generate a task in ClickUp that contains all the relevant data and information from the trigger event. Authorization of ClickUp Integration

First you have to select the ClickUp from the actions page. To do this open your Bit Integrations dashboard then click on Create Integration button now the Trigger page will open select any trigger from the list such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form. Then proceed to next and the action page will open. Now Search and select ClickUp from the action page.

Integration Name/Title: Here give the meaningful integration title as per your requirement.

To set up ClickUp integration with Bit Integrations, you’ll need ClickUp API Key. Follow these steps to get it.

• Log in to your ClickUp account and select your workspace.
• Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner and go to Settings.
• On the left side, scroll down and click on Apps.
• Under “API Token,” click on “Regenerate” to create your API key.
• Copy the API key and paste it into the API key field in Bit Integrations.

Once you have successfully entered your ClickUp API Key, click “Authorize” to proceed. Once you have successfully authorized your account then click on “Next“.

Select Action: Select the Action (Create Task) from the drop-down option.

Select Team: Select the Team that you have already created on your ClickUp account from the drop-down menu.

Select Space: Select the Space that you have already created on your ClickUp account from the drop-down menu.

Select Folder: Select the Folder that you have already created on your ClickUp account from the drop-down menu.

Select List: Select the List that you have already created on your ClickUp account from the drop-down menu.

In the ClickUp integration settings, you will see a “Map Fields” option. This is where you will need to map the fields from your form to the corresponding fields in ClickUp. The “Name” field is the default field in ClickUp, so you will need to map your form’s “Name” field to this field in ClickUp. You have the option to map additional fields by clicking on the Plus (+) icon.

Utilities

Add Attachment: By enabling this option, you can upload your attachments here. Just select the upload field for your form.

Conditional Logics

With this feature, you can incorporate conditions into the integration process. When the specified conditions align, the data will be transmitted to your ClickUp. For additional details, we recommend consulting our documentation regarding conditional logic. After you have configured your conditional logic, click Next to continue.
