Authorization of Copper CRM Integration

First you have to select the Copper CRM from the actions page. To do this open your Bit Integrations dashboard then click on Create Integration button now the Trigger page will open select any trigger from the list such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form. Then proceed to next and the action page will open. Now Search and select Copper CRM from the action page.

Integration Name/Title: Here give the meaningful integration title as per your requirement.

To set up Copper CRMintegration with Bit Integrations, you’ll need Copper CRM API Email & API Key. Follow these steps to get them.

• Go to your Copper CRM dashboard.
• On the left sidebar, click the “Settings” icon.
• In the “Settings” menu, click “Integrations“.
• Click “API Keys“.
• Click the “Generate API Key” button.
• Your “API Email & API Key” will be displayed.
• Copy the “API Email & API Key” and paste them into the integrations page.

Once you have successfully entered your Copper CRM API Email & API Key, click “Authorize” to proceed. Then click Next.

Select Action: Select an Action (Create Person) from the drop-down option.

In the Copper CRM integration settings, you will see a “Map Fields” option. This is where you will need to map the fields from your form to the corresponding fields in Copper CRM. The “Name” field is the default field in Copper CRM, so you will need to map your form’s “Name” field to this field in Copper CRM. You have the option to map additional fields by clicking on the Plus (+) icon.

Conditional Logics

With this feature, you can incorporate conditions into the integration process. When the specified conditions align, the data will be transmitted to your Copper CRM. For additional details, we recommend consulting our documentation regarding conditional logic. After you have configured your conditional logic, click Next to continue.
