Bit Integrations is a WordPress plugin that allows you to automate and integrate your WordPress form builders and other plugins with Dokan. Authorization of Dokan Integration

First, you have to select the Dokan from the actions page. To do this open your Bit Integrations dashboard then click on the Create Integration button now the Trigger page will open select any trigger from the list such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form. Then proceed to next and the action page will open. Now Search and select Dokan from the action page.

Integration Name/Title: Here give the meaningful integration title as per your requirement.

To establish a connection with Dokan, simply click on the “Connect to Dokan” button. After successfully establishing the connection, proceed by clicking on “Next.”

Select Task: Select a task from the drop-down list. For Example: “Create A New Vendor“

In the Dokan integration settings, you will see a “Map Fields” option. This is where you will need to map the fields from your form to the corresponding fields in Dokan. The “Email”, “Username” and “Store Name” field is the default field in Dokan, so you will need to map your form’s “Email”, “Username” and “Store Name” field to this field in Dokan. You have the option to map additional fields by clicking on the Plus (+) icon.

Utilities

Notify Vendor: When this option is turned on, an email will be sent to the vendor about their account.

Enable Selling: When this option is enabled, the vendor will be allowed to start selling.

Publish Product Directly: When this option is enabled, the vendor’s products will be published directly.

Make Vendor Featured: When this option is enabled, the vendor will be marked as featured.

Conditional Logics

In the Dokan integration settings, you can add conditions to the integration process. When these conditions are met, the data will be sent to your Dokan. For more details, refer to our documentation on conditional logic. After setting up your conditional logic, click Next to proceed.
