Authorization of FluentCRM Integration

First, install and activate the FluentCRM plugin in your WordPress account. Then you have to select the FluentCRM from the actions page. To do this open your Bit Integrations dashboard then click on Create Integration button now the Trigger page will open select any trigger from the list such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form. Then proceed to next and the action page will open. Now Search and select FluentCRM from the action page.

Integration Name/Title: Here give the meaningful integration title as per your requirement.

To establish a connection with FluentCRM, simply click on the “Connect to Fluent CRM” button. After successfully establishing the connection, proceed by clicking on “Next.”

Action: Now select an action from the dropdown option. 

Fluent CRM List: Now select the “Fluent CRM List” from the dropdown option.

Fluent CRM Tags: You can select multiple tags for the list on the FluentCRM Tags field. You must create a Tags on your FluentCRM account before you can do this.

In the FluentCRM integration settings, you will see a “Map Fields” option. This is where you will need to map the fields from your form to the corresponding fields in FluentCRM. The “Email” field is the default field in FluentCRM, so you will need to map your form’s “Email” field to this field in FluentCRM. You have the option to map additional fields by clicking on the Plus (+) icon.

Utilities

• Skip exist contact: Enabling this option, you can skip duplicate email submission of the subscriber.
• Double Opt-in: If this action is enabled, then the user will get a notification if they want to be a subscriber or not.

Conditional Logics

With this feature, you can incorporate conditions into the integration process. When the specified conditions align, the data will be transmitted to your FluentCRM. For additional details, we recommend consulting our documentation regarding conditional logic. After you have configured your conditional logic, click Next to continue.
