Authorization of GetResponse Integration

First, you have to select the GetResponse from the actions page. To do this open your Bit Integrations dashboard then click on the Create Integration button now the Trigger page will open select any trigger from the list such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form. Then proceed to next and the action page will open. Now Search and select GetResponse from the action page.

Integration Name/Title: Here give the meaningful integration title as per your requirement.

To set up GetResponse integration with Bit Integrations, you’ll need GetResponse API Token. Follow these steps to get it.

• Navigate to your GetResponse account.
• Select “Tools” from the top-left corner, then choose “Integrations and API,” followed by “API.”
• Click on “Generate API Key.”
• Provide a name for your key, then click “Generate.”
• Your API Key will be generated and displayed.
• Copy your API Key and paste it into the API Token field within Bit Integration.

Once you have successfully entered your GetResponse API Token, click “Authorize” to proceed. Once you have successfully authorized your account then click on “Next“.

Campaigns: After completing the authorization process, Select the List from the drop-down option from your choices dropdown option. If you don’t see any lists. Click on the refresh button.

In the GetResponse integration settings, you will see a “Map Fields” option. This is where you will need to map the fields from your form to the corresponding fields in GetResponse. The “Email” field is the default field in GetResponse, so you will need to map your form’s “Email” field to this field in GetResponse. You have the option to map additional fields by clicking on the Plus (+) icon.

Utilities

• Tag: You can enable the action Add Tags Field to add the tags of the contact. In addition, you can add multiple tags from the Drop-Down list. If you don’t see any tags. Click on the refresh button.
• Update Contact: You can also update the submitted data by enabling the action called Update contact. Suppose the user already submitted data under an email address. Again they want to submit data under the same email, if the action is enabled, then the new data will be updated regarding that email address.
• Autoresponder day: The day on which the contact is in the Autoresponder cycle.

Conditional Logics

With this feature, you can incorporate conditions into the integration process. When the specified conditions align, the data will be transmitted to your GetResponse. For additional details, we recommend consulting our documentation regarding conditional logic. After you have configured your conditional logic, click Next to continue.
