This can save you time and effort, and improve your lead generation and customer management processes. Bit Integrations supports a wide range of WordPress plugins, such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form, Beaver Builder, Divi, Brizy, BuddyBoss, WooCommerce, WordPress User Registration, LearnDash LMS, LifterLMS, Memberpress, GiveWP, Easy Digital Downloads, AffiliateWP and many more so you can use it to automate and integrate your WordPress plugins with GoHighLevel.

Authorization of GoHighLevel Integration

First, you have to select the GoHighLevel from the actions page. To do this open your Bit Integrations dashboard then click on the Create Integration button now the Trigger page will open select any trigger from the list such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form. Then proceed to next and the action page will open. Now Search and select GoHighLevel from the action page.

Integration Name/Title: Here give the meaningful integration title as per your requirement.

To set up GoHighLevel integration with Bit Integrations, you’ll need GoHighLevel Api Key. Follow these steps to get it.

• Log in to your GoHighLevel account.
• On the left menu, click Settings.
• Select API Keys.
• Click Create New.
• Enter a name for your app.
• Click Save.
• Your API key will appear.
• Copy the API key and paste it into the GoHighLevel API key field in Bit Integrations.

If you have an agency plan with GoHighLevel and multiple sub-accounts, use this method to get your API key.

• Log in to your GoHighLevel account.
• Switch to your preferred sub-account.
• Go to Business Profile and scroll down until you find API Key.
• Your API key will be displayed.
• Copy the API key and paste it into the GoHighLevel API key field in Bit Integrations.

Once you have successfully entered your GoHighLevel API Key, click “Authorize” to proceed. Once you have successfully authorized your account then click on “Next“.

Select Task: Select an task from the drop-down option. For example: “Create Contact“

In the GoHighLevel integration settings, you will see a “Map Fields” option. This is where you will need to map the fields from your form to the corresponding fields in GoHighLevel. The “Email” field is the default field in GoHighLevel, so you will need to map your form’s “Email” field to this field in GoHighLevel. You have the option to map additional fields by clicking on the Plus (+) icon.

Conditional Logics

With this feature, you can incorporate conditions into the integration process. When the specified conditions align, the data will be transmitted to your GoHighLevel.
