NotificationX Integration as an Action

NotificationX is a WordPress plugin that displays real-time social proof notifications like recent purchases, signups, reviews, and form submissions. With Bit Integrations, you can send data from forms, WooCommerce, and other apps to NotificationX automatically and show these popups without manual setup.

With this integration, you can send data to NotificationX automatically and show social proof pop-ups based on events on your website.

Step-by-Step Guide to Connect NotificationX with Bit Integrations

Step 1: Create a New Integration

First, open your Bit Integrations Dashboard and click the “Create Integration” button. This will take you to the Trigger page, where you can select the trigger that will start the NotificationX automation through Bit Integrations.

Choose any supported trigger, such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, WooCommerce, Elementor Form, WordPress, and more. These triggers will send data to NotificationX to display notifications automatically. In this case, we choose Bit Form as a trigger.

Step 2: Select the Trigger Event

After selecting your preferred trigger application, choose the specific event you want to connect with NotificationX.

For example, you can select an “Order Form” from Bit Form. When someone submits that form, Bit Integrations will send the submitted data to NotificationX, and NotificationX will display the popup notification automatically.

Step 3: Choose NotificationX as the Action

Click “Next” to go to the Action page. Search for “NotificationX” and select it as the action application. This allows Bit Integrations to automatically send data from your trigger event to NotificationX.

Step 4: Authorize NotificationX Integration

Enter a meaningful integration name for your workflow and click Authorize. Bit Integrations will check if NotificationX is installed and active on your WordPress site.

Once successfully authorized, click Next to continue.

Step 5: Configure the Notification Event

Select the type of notification or action you want NotificationX to perform.

Choose your preferred action from the list. In this guide, we selected “Add Sales Notification” to automatically display recent purchase activity on the website.

Step 6: Map the Fields

After selecting your preferred action, click Next to configure the data mapping.

1. In the “Select Notification” dropdown, choose the specific NotificationX event you want to trigger. For example, select “Sales Notification” to show recent purchase activity.
   
2. Map the fields from your trigger application to the corresponding NotificationX fields. This ensures that every live social proof or FOMO notification displays accurate and personalized information from your website event

Step 7: Complete the Integration

Once all fields are mapped, click Next, then click “Finish & Save” to activate your NotificationX automation in your WordPress site.

Your NotificationX integration with Bit Integrations is now live. Whenever someone triggers the selected event on your WordPress site, such as submitting an order form via Bit Form, a real-time social proof notification or FOMO popup will automatically appear for your visitors.

Step 8: Check Integration Logs

Every integration has a timeline that you can use to check the success or error status of the integration.

Your NotificationX integration is now active and ready to create social proof pop-ups automatically from your selected trigger data.
