Authorization of Sendy Integration

First, you have to select the Sendy from the actions page. To do this open your Bit Integrations dashboard then click on the Create Integration button now the Trigger page will open select any trigger from the list such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form. Then proceed to next and the action page will open. Now Search and select Sendy from the action page.

Integration Name/Title: Here give the meaningful integration title as per your requirement.

To get the Sendy API Token, follow these steps:

• Open your Sendy account.
• Copy the account URL and insert it into the Sendy URL Field within integrations.
• Return to Sendy, click on the profile icon at the top-right corner, and access settings.
• Copy the API key.
• Paste the copied API key into the API Key Field within integrations.

Once you have successfully entered your Sendy API Token, click “Authorize” to proceed. Once you have successfully authorized your account then click on “Next“.

Brand: Once you’ve finished the authorization process, simply choose your preferred Brand from the drop-down options. If you don’t see any Brand, just click on the refresh button. It should show up then!

List: Choose your preferred List from the drop-down options. If you don’t see any lists, just click on the refresh button. It should show up then!

In the integration settings, you will see a “Map Fields” option. This is where you will need to map the fields from your form to the corresponding fields in Sendy. The “Email” field is the default field in Sendy, so you will need to map your form’s “Email” field to this field in Sendy. You have the option to map additional fields by clicking on the Plus (+) icon. Click on the Next button to move forward for further settings.

To Map Custom Fields

To map your custom fields in Sendy, start by copying the field name from the “Personalization tag” of your custom fields. Next, choose the “Custom field” option when mapping. This will reveal a new field called “Custom Field Key.” Just paste the copied field name into this “Custom Field Key” field.

In this example video, I created a custom field in Sendy named “Message.” I copied its unique name, which is also “Message,” from the Personalization Tag. After setting up the Sendy integration, I mapped the Email field and the custom field. When I selected the custom field in Sendy, a new input field called “Custom Field Key” appeared next to it. I then pasted the unique name I copied into the “Custom Field Key” field.

Conditional Logics

With this feature, you can incorporate conditions into the integration process. When the specified conditions align, the data will be transmitted to your Sendy. For additional details, we recommend consulting our documentation regarding conditional logic. After you have configured your conditional logic, click Next to continue.

Once you have configured the desired settings for the integration, click the Save & Finish button to save the integration.
