Bit Integrations is a WordPress plugin that allows you to automate and integrate your WordPress forms builders and other plugins with SmartSuite. Authorization of SmartSuite Integration

First you have to select the SmartSuite from the actions page. To do this open your Bit Integrations dashboard then click on Create Integration button now the Trigger page will open select any trigger from the list such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form. Then proceed to next and the action page will open. Now Search and select SmartSuite from the action page.

Integration Name/Title: Here give the meaningful integration title as per your requirement.

To set up SmartSuite integration with Bit Integrations, you’ll need SmartSuite Workspace ID and API Token. Follow these steps to get it.

  • Open SmartSuite Dashboard: First, log in to your SmartSuite dashboard.
  • Access Profile Settings: Click on the Profile Icon located in the top-right corner.
  • Navigate to API Key: From the My Profile Menu, select the “API Key” option.
  • Copy API Token: Click on the API Key section, reveal the Hidden API Token, and copy it.
  • Find Workspace ID: Your Workspace ID is the 8-character string found in the URL after https://app.smartsuite.com/ when you are logged in.

Once you have successfully entered your SmartSuite Workspace ID and API Token, click “Authorize” to proceed. Once you have successfully authorized your account then click on “Next“.

Select Action: Select an Action from the drop-down option. For example: “Create Solution

In the SmartSuite integration settings, you will see a “Map Fields” option. This is where you will need to map the fields from your form to the corresponding fields in SmartSuite. The “Name” field is the default and required field in SmartSuite, so you will need to map your form’s “Name” field to this field in SmartSuite. You have the option to map additional fields by clicking on the Plus (+) icon.

  • Name – Required Field

Add Logo Color: You can customise your logo by selecting a colour.

Assigned user: You can assign a user to the record.

Add priority: Set the priority for the record.

Conditional Logics

With this feature, you can incorporate conditions into the integration process. When the specified conditions align, the data will be transmitted to your SmartSuite. For additional details, we recommend consulting our documentation regarding conditional logic. After you have configured your conditional logic, click Next to continue.
