Authorization of The Events Calendar Integration

First you have to select the The Events Calendar from the actions page. To do this open your Bit Integrations dashboard then click on Create Integration button now the Trigger page will open select any trigger from the list such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form. Then proceed to next and the action page will open. Now Search and select The Events Calendar from the action page.

Integration Name/Title: Here give the meaningful integration title as per your requirement.

To establish a connection with The Events Calendar, simply click on the “Connect To The Events Calendar” button. After successfully establishing the connection, proceed by clicking on “Next.”

Select Task: Select a task from the drop-down option.

Select Event: Choose an event from the drop-down option.

In the The Events Calendar integration settings, you will see a “Map Fields” option. This is where you will need to map the fields from your form to the corresponding fields in The Events Calendar. The “Full Name”, “Email” and “Number Of Guests” field is the default field in The Events Calendar, so you will need to map your form’s “Full Name”, “Email” and “Number Of Guests” field to this field in The Events Calendar.

Conditional Logics

With this feature, you can incorporate conditions into the integration process. When the specified conditions align, the data will be transmitted to your The Events Calendar.
