Authorization of Zapier Integration

First, you have to select the Zapier from the actions page. To do this open your Bit Integrations dashboard then click on the Create Integration button now the Trigger page will open select any trigger from the list such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form. Then proceed to next and the action page will open. Now Search and select Zapier from the action page.

Integration Name/Title: Here give the meaningful integration title as per your requirement.

To get your Zapier Webhook URL, follow these steps:

• Access your Zapier account.
• Click on the plus icon located at the top left corner, then select “Zaps.”
• Assign a name to your Zap.
• Click on “trigger.”
• Search and choose “Webhook” as the trigger.
• Select “Catch Hook” for the event.
• Proceed by clicking “Continue,” and your “Zapier webhook URL” will be provided.

• Now, copy your Zapier webhook URL.
• Go to the Bit Integrations page and paste your “Webhook URL” in the “Link” field.
• Select the “Post” method type.
• In the “Body” section, check the box next to “Send All Data“.
• Select the “application/json” content type.
• Click on the “Test Webhook” button.
• Return to Zapier, confirm the received data, and subsequently click on “Continue with selected record.”

To add an Action in Zapier, follow these steps:

• Click on “Action.”
• Search and choose the action where you wish to send your data. In this example, we’ll select “Zoho Sheet.“
• Select your desired event.
• Connect with your account where you intend to send the data. If you’re already connected, select your connection.
• Choose your Workbook and worksheet.
• Map your fields accordingly.
• You can test your steps or skip this step.
• Finally, click on “Publish.”

Please return to the integrations page in order to save the integration.

Conditional Logics
