Custom Trigger Integration as a Trigger

Custom Trigger Integration: A custom trigger lets you set up specific events in Bit Integrations that start actions automatically. This makes your workflows more efficient by automating responses to certain conditions and actions.

Bit Integrations is a WordPress plugin that can help you automate and integrate your Custom Trigger with over 200+ popular platforms, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Sheet, Zoho Campaign, ActiveCampaign, Airtable, Agiled CRM, Dropbox, Copper CRM, Capsule CRM, HubSpot, Groundhogg, Google Drive, Google Sheet, Zoom, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Desk, Zoho Bigin, WooCommerce, WebHooks, Trello, Telegram, SendFox, Propovoice CRM, Moosend, and MailPoet. This can help you save time and effort, and improve your lead generation and customer management processes.

Setup Custom Trigger Integration

First, Open your Bit Integrations Dashboard and create an integration by clicking the “Create Integration” button.

Place the Custom Action Trigger code at the end and before the return statement from where you want to fetch data.

In this example video, we first copied the Custom Trigger Code and pasted it into the FontendFormManager.php file. After that, we added $this->_form_id, $entryID, and $_POST inside the array to pass the values. Finally, we clicked “Save.”

Click the Fetch button. Then, perform an action to trigger and send your data to Custom Trigger. For example, we’ve added our Custom Action Trigger code to Bit Form. When we submit a Bit Form, the Custom Trigger will capture the submitted form data and send it to the desired destination.

If you add the Custom Action Trigger code to a WordPress plugin, remember that you will need to re-add the code whenever you update the plugin. You can also create your own form or trigger and include the Custom Action Trigger code there. The Custom Trigger will capture the response.

Now, you need to select the data you want to send to your chosen action. This means picking the specific information you want to transfer.
