Forminator Quiz And Poll Integration: Forminator Quiz and Poll is a feature of the WordPress Forminator plugin that allows you to create interactive quizzes and polls on your website. Visitors can complete quizzes, submit poll responses, and their entries are stored inside WordPress.

With Bit Integrations, you can use these quiz and poll submissions as a trigger to start a Quiz & Poll automation workflow in wordpress. This means that when someone completes a quiz or submits a poll, Bit Integrations can instantly capture the response data and send it to external platforms like Google Sheets, CRMs, email marketing tools, webhooks, or any other supported app automatically.

Before setting up Forminator Quiz and Poll as a trigger in Bit Integrations, make sure the Forminator plugin is installed and activated on your WordPress site. The Quiz or Poll you want to use must already be created and published (not saved as draft).

Setup Forminator Quiz and Poll in Bit Integrations – Step by Step Guide


First, open your Bit Integrations dashboard and click the Create Integration button to automate your Quiz and poll results.

Next, search for Forminator Quiz and Poll and select it as the trigger application. Then select the “Form or Task” you wish to connect with Bit Integrations from the provided dropdown menu. In this case, we’ve selected “Poll Submission”.

Once the trigger event is selected, click the Fetch button to capture submission data.

Now, while the Fetch button is active (spinning):

  1. Go to your WordPress dashboard.
  2. Create a new Poll in Forminator (if you haven’t already).
  3. Publish the poll.
  4. Embed the poll into a page or post using the Forminator block or shortcode.
  5. Visit the published page and submit a vote.

After submitting the poll response, return to Bit Integrations. You will see that the poll submission data has been successfully fetched.

After successfully fetching the submission data, click on “Set Action” to choose where you want to send the quiz or poll responses.A list of supported applications will appear. Select your preferred action app. In this example, we will choose Google Sheets to automatically send and store the poll submission data.

After selecting Google Sheet as action, You will be redirected to the authorization page. Enter your Google Client ID and Client Secret, then click Authorize. If you are unsure how to obtain these credentials, follow the linked authorization guide. After successful authorization, click Next to continue.

Next, select your preferred Google Spreadsheet where you want to store the poll submission data.

Tip: If you don’t have an existing spreadsheet, create a new one in Google Sheets before proceeding.

After selecting the spreadsheet:

  1. Choose the specific worksheet within the spreadsheet where the data should be added.
  2. Map the fetched fields from Forminator to the corresponding columns in your sheet. For example:
    • Poll question → Column A
    • Poll response → Column B

Once all fields are mapped, click Next to continue with the setup.

Finally, click the “Finish & Save” button to complete the setup.

Congratulations! Your Forminator Quiz and Poll Integration with Bit Integrations is now successfully configured.

From now on, every time someone submits a poll or completes a quiz on your WordPress site, the submission data will be automatically sent to your selected Google Sheet.
