MoreConvert Wishlist Integration as a Trigger

A product added to a wishlist, a customer joining the waitlist for a sold-out item, an item moved to Save for Later, these are some of the clearest buying-intent signals your WooCommerce store generates. 

The MoreConvert Wishlist trigger lets Bit Integrations catch these moments the instant they happen. Once captured, that data is ready to route to any external platform you connect to, whether it’s a CRM, an email marketing tool, a spreadsheet, a messaging app, or more.

How to Set Up MoreConvert Wishlist Integration as a trigger

Step 1: Create a New Integration

From your Bit Integrations dashboard, click Create Integration to start building a new workflow.

Step 2: Select MoreConvert Wishlist as Your Trigger

On the trigger selection screen, search for MoreConvertWishlist in the search bar and click on the MoreConvertWishlist icon to select it as your trigger platform.

Step 3: Choose Your Trigger Event

Open the Select a Form/Task Name dropdown and choose the specific event you want to trigger your integration. This is where you pick from the 9 supported events listed above, for example, Wishlist Item Added.

Step 4: Click Fetch

With your event selected, click the Fetch button. Bit Integrations needs one real sample of the event to learn the data structure (fields like product ID, wishlist ID, wishlist type, item details, etc.), which it will send to your action app.

Step 5: Trigger the Event on Your Site

Once you click Fetch, the button switches into a listening state and shows a countdown (3 minutes) while it waits for the event to occur.

While the button is spinning, go perform the action that matches your selected event. For example, if you selected Wishlist Item Added, go to your store and add a product to a wishlist. If you selected Wishlist Created, create a new wishlist instead, and so on for whichever event you chose.

Important: The test action must match the event you selected in Step 3. Submitting the wrong type of action (e.g., creating a wishlist when you selected “Wishlist Item Removed”) won’t be captured.

Step 6: Confirm the Data Was Fetched

Once Bit Integrations detects your test event, the button changes to a “Fetched ✓” badge, and a field table appears showing all the data captured from that event, for example, Product ID, Wishlist ID, Wishlist Type, Item, and more, along with the detected data type for each field.

Review the field list to confirm the data looks correct. You can adjust the detected Type for any field using the dropdown next to it if needed.

Step 7: Set Your Action

Once you’re happy with the fetched data, click Set Action. This moves you to the next step, where you choose and authenticate the external platform you want to send this trigger data to (e.g., a CRM, email marketing tool, spreadsheet, or messaging app).

From there, you’ll map the fetched MoreConvert Wishlist fields to the corresponding fields in your chosen action app, completing your integration.
