Bit Integrations is a WordPress plugin that can help you automate and integrate your Ninja Tables with over 200+ popular platforms, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Sheet, Zoho Campaign, ActiveCampaign, Airtable, Agiled CRM, Dropbox, Copper CRM, Capsule CRM, HubSpot, Groundhogg, Google Drive, Google Sheet, Zoom, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Desk, Zoho Bigin, WooCommerce, WebHooks, Trello, Telegram, SendFox, Propovoice CRM, Moosend, and MailPoet. This can help you save time and effort, and improve your lead generation and customer management processes.

Setup Ninja Tables Integration

First, Open your Bit Integrations Dashboard and create an integration by clicking the “Create Integration” button

Now, search and select “Ninja Tables” from the list of triggers in Bit Integrations.

Please select the “Form or Task” you wish to connect with Bit Integrations from the provided dropdown menu.

  • New Row Added
  • Row Updated

⚠️ Attention:

Most users don’t read this documentation carefully, especially after clicking the Fetch button. Please read and follow the instructions and video below.

Now, click on the Fetch button. After clicking, complete the trigger setup.

  • If you selected New Row Added, add a new row to your Ninja Tables.
  • If you selected Row Updated, update an existing row in the table.

For this example, we selected New Row Added and added a new row.

In the example video above, I clicked the Fetch button and then navigated to Ninja Tables, where I had created a table. I added a new row to the table. After adding the row, I returned to the integration page, and the data was fetched successfully.

Once you have completed these steps, click on the Set Action button to configure an action.

After completing these steps, the Actions list will appear, and select the action you want to integrate with your selected Trigger. Now you have to authorize the Action. To know more about authorization, Go to Actions from the left side menu and select the Action you want to integrate with your chosen trigger.
