NotificationX Integration – Automate Social Proof Popups


NotificationX Integration: NotificationX is a WordPress plugin that helps website owners display real-time pop-up notifications such as recent sales, signups, downloads, and reviews. These live notification popups help create FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) and build trust with visitors, encouraging them to take action on your website.

Bit Integrations is a powerful WordPress automation plugin that allows you to automate and connect NotificationX with 174+ popular platforms, such as Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Discord, MailChimp, Brevo, and many more, so you can use it to automate and integrate your WordPress plugins with NotificationX.

Once connected, you can send notification data to other apps automatically. You can store it, send alerts, update CRM records, or trigger marketing actions.

Authorization of NotificationX Integration:

To set up NotificationX Integration as a trigger in Bit Integrations, follow the steps below :

Step 1: Create a New Integration

First, open your Bit Integrations dashboard and click the “Create Integration” button to start the NotificationX automation in WordPress.

Now, search for and select “NotificationX” from the list of triggers in Bit Integrations.

Step 2: Select the Trigger Event

Select the trigger event from the dropdown. In this case, we’ve selected “Notification Created or Updated”.

Step 3: Fetch Data

After selecting the event, click the Fetch Button. Add a new notification in NotificationX while the Fetch Button is spinning. After creating the notification, publish it and return to Bit Integrations. You will see that the notification data has been successfully fetched.

Step 4: Choose an Action App

Now, click the “Set Action” button to choose where you want the reservation data to be sent. A list of supported applications will appear. Select your preferred action app.

In this example, we will choose Google Sheets to automatically send and store the NotificationX data.

Step 5: Authorize Google Sheets

After selecting Google Sheet as an action, you will be redirected to the authorization page. Enter your Google Client ID and Client Secret, then click Authorize. If you are unsure how to obtain these credentials, follow the linked authorization guide. After successful authorization, click “Next” to continue.

Step 6: Select Spreadsheet & Map the Fields

Next, select the Google Spreadsheet where you want to store the data.

If you don’t have an existing spreadsheet, create a new one in Google Sheets before proceeding.

After selecting the spreadsheet, choose the specific worksheet where the notification data should be added, and then map the fetched fields.

Once all fields are mapped correctly, click Next to continue with the integration setup.

Conditional Logics (Optional)

With this feature, you can incorporate conditions into the integration process. When the specified conditions align, the data will be transmitted to your Sheet. For additional details, we recommend consulting our documentation regarding conditional logic.

After you have configured your conditional logic, click Next to continue.

Step 7: Finish and Save the Integration

Finally, click the “Finish & Save” button to complete the setup.

Your NotificationX trigger is now connected. From now on, Bit Integrations will send notification data to Google Sheets automatically whenever the selected event runs.
