Profile Builder Integration as a Trigger

Bit Integrations is a WordPress plugin that can help you automate and integrate your Profile Builder with over 200+ popular platforms, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Sheet, Zoho Campaign, ActiveCampaign, Airtable, Agiled CRM, Dropbox, Copper CRM, Capsule CRM, HubSpot, Groundhogg, Google Drive, Google Sheet, Zoom, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Desk, Zoho Bigin, WooCommerce, WebHooks, Trello, Telegram, SendFox, Propovoice CRM, Moosend, and MailPoet. This can help you save time and effort, and improve your lead generation and customer management processes.

Setup Profile Builder Integration

First, Open your Bit Integrations Dashboard and create an integration by clicking the “Create Integration” button.

Now, search and select “Profile Builder” from the list of triggers in Bit Integrations.

Please select the “Form or Task” you wish to connect with Bit Integrations from the provided dropdown menu.

  • User Registration: When a user successfully registers through any Profile Builder registration form.
  • User Profile Update: When a user successfully edits his profile through any Profile Builder edit-profile form.
  • User Email Confirmation: When the user successfully confirms his email, if Email Confirmation is active.
  • Email Send By Profile Builder: Filter triggered for every email sent by Profile Builder, that allows you to prevent certain types of mails from being sent.
  • User Approved By Admin: After an user is approved from the Users -> Admin Approval panel.
  • User UnApproved By Admin: After an user is unapproved from the Users -> Admin Approval panel.

Most users don’t read this documentation carefully, especially after clicking the Fetch button. Please read and follow the instructions and video below.

Now, click the Fetch button. Afterward, execute the trigger. In this example, we’ve chosen “User Registration” as the task. For additional instructions, please refer to the video below.

In the example video, I clicked the Fetch button and registered a user using Profile Builder. Then, I returned to the integration page, where the data was successfully fetched.

After completing these steps, the Actions list will appear, and select the action you want to integrate with your selected Trigger. Now you have to authorize the Action. To know more about authorization, Go to Actions from the left side menu and select the Action you want to integrate with your chosen trigger.
