Bit Integrations Yearly Review - 2025

With over 20,000 businesses trusting Bit Integrations to simplify their processes, we’ve been making it easier than ever to cut down on repetitive work. As we reflect on what made 2025 such a standout year, let’s take a look at the strides we’ve made and where we’re headed next.

In this recap, let’s chat about what made 2025 such a strong year for us and where we’re headed next.

Why Bit Integrations Stands Out as Your Automation Ally

Think about those moments when you’re copying data from a form plugin into a spreadsheet or updating customer details across different apps. It’s time-consuming, right?

Bit Integrations steps in to connect those dots for you. Whether you’re using page builders like Elementor, form tools like WPForms, e-commerce setups with WooCommerce, or learning platforms like Tutor LMS, we make sure your data flows where it needs to go, like to Google Sheets, webhooks, or other services.

We first launched in February 2022, and since then, we’ve grown to support over 300 integrations. Hitting that 20,000 active installations mark this year shows how many folks find it useful for their daily operations. It’s all about making your WordPress site work harder so you don’t have to.

Major Features and Updates Released in 2025

This year, we focused on adding more ways for you to set up automations that fit your needs. Here’s a breakdown of what we brought to the table.

  • New Triggers Launched in 2025: We added 67 new triggers with 322 events. These let you start automations based on even more specific actions in your apps, giving you finer control over when things happen.
  • New Actions and Integrations in 2025: On top of that, we introduced 7 new actions with 37 events, and 19 brand-new integration features. This expands the options for what your automations can accomplish, from sending data to new platforms to handling more complex tasks.
  • Refinements and Fixes: We implemented 16 key improvements to enhance system performance and resolved a total of 82 fixes. These changes help ensure your setups stay reliable day in and day out.
  • Consistent Updates and Enhancements in 2025: Since January 2025, we’ve been committed to continuously improving both the Pro and Free versions of Bit Integrations.

In the past 12 months alone, we shipped 33 updates for Pro users and 29 updates for the Free version. Each update added valuable features, integrations, or stability improvements, ensuring that you have the best tools at your disposal.

We’re already thinking about 2026, with plans to add even more based on what you tell us you need.

We’ve heard some cool stories from users, too. One person shared how they run over 50 automations across multiple sites, saving hours each week. Another used it to connect their e-learning platform with email marketing tools, automating student communication and course updates.

And let’s not forget the feedback: We reached 240+ 5-star reviews on the WordPress plugin directory. That’s a big motivator for us to keep improving.
