At first, download, install, and activate the Bit Integrations plugins for the WPForms Zoho CRM integration.
Go to the dashboard and click Create Integration.
Now select trigger WPForms among the options or search for it. You can search for your used one.
It is time to choose your form/task name. Press Next.
Search for Zoho CRM for action selection and opt for it.
Here, you will need to select the data center. Then click on the Zoho API Console link. It will redirect to your Zoho CRM API page where it will ask for permission.
Copy the Home Page URL and Authorized Redirect URLs for later usage.
Click on the Create Now under the Server-based Applications.
Now, write down the Client Name ‘Bit Integrations’ and paste the copied URLs before. Press Create at last.
A Windows tab will pop up where Zoho CRM will ask for certain things, select it as per your personal Zoho CRM setting. Then copy the Client ID and Secret.
