All right guys, so for the integration process to be flawless, data automation between these two, we gotta pick a form. In this case, will be using the infamous Contact Form 7; you can use other forms WPForms, Fluent Forms, Bit Form, or any one of your choices that Bit Integrations supports.

First things first, download, install, and activate the Bit Integrations plugins for the Contact Form 7 Sendinblue connection.

Go to your Bit Integrations dashboard and click on the Create Integration button.

Now for trigger selection, I choose Contact Form 7. You can search for your desired form in the search box that Bit Integrations provide.

Now, pick your form/task name in which your user will fill it up. Press next.

For action, simply search for the Brevo.

As you can see in the Integration Name, you will need to use the Brevo (Sendinblue) API key. To get that, visit the link.

In the SMTP & API page, click on the API Keys then click to generate a new API key.

It’s simple now, just name the API key and press Generate.

Copy the API Key. Almost there, you’re doing great.

Paste the key here and press Authorized. It will show Authorized successfully. Yeppy we have done it. Press next.

Select your contacts list. Map your form fields with Brevo(Sendinblue) fields. If needed mark up the utilities boxes. Also, Bit Integrations provide complex conditional logics which may satisfy the requirement of any user. Press next after you set all the things you need.
Note: By enabling the utilities, you can update responses using the existing email and confirm subscription using a premade email template.


Press the finish & save and the process is done.

As you can see both of them are added. From here you can disable the status if you wish to. Also, under the action click on the 3-line sign option. There you can learn about the info, and the timeline. Editing, cloning, or deleting can also be done.

Let’s check. From my CF7 form, I am filling all the boxes and submit.

To check if it’s gone to your Brevo, go to your account lists and click under the lists option on the list you chose earlier.

As you see, the data was sent successfully.

You can also see it from your Bit Integrations dashboard. Simply click on the previously told Timeline option. That’s it.
