First, we clear our base, install the Bit Integrations plugin, and activate it.

Now, from the Bit Integrations dashboard, create an integration.

Now select a form as your trigger, here we will be using the Bit Forms as it’s really light and fast. Search your form in the search box.

Select your form name and go next.

Now, search for Prefex CRM and select it as action.

To get API URL and Token visit your Perfex CRM API token page.

Click on API CRM Manager under API CRM, you will see the API URL copy it and paste it to the integration settings page.

Now, select API Management under API and on the next page click on the New token.


After that, here just use Bit Integrations as API Name, set Expiration Date, and give permissions for all features capabilities.
Also, check the required permissions boxes for each feature’s capabilities. After that, press send

The API token is generated. Copy it and paste it to the integrations settings page.

As you pasted both, click on Authorized. It will show ‘Authorized successfully’. Go to next. We are almost there mate, you’re doing great.

So, at this stage, select the action and customer. Plus, assign the role accordingly. Then, map your fields based on your form with Perfex CRM. Set the necessary which are required. Also, use conditional logic in case of needs. Click next
By enabling action, you can add direction, permissions for the contact, and make it the primary contact.


Finish & save at the end and the process is completed. We did it, man:)

Now, let’s check. Fill out your WordPress form and submit it.

Go to your Perfex CRM account and click on Customers. After that, press Bit Integrations.

We are very close.
Click on contacts. It will show every detail of the form. Thus, the form data is send automatically to Perfex CRM without any convenience.

The procedure remains the same for any WordPress forms, such as Gravity Forms, Contact Form 7, WPForms, Formidable Forms, WS Forms, etc.
