Authorization of Fluent Support Integration

First you have to select the Fluent Support from the actions page. To do this open your Bit Integrations dashboard then click on Create Integration button now the Trigger page will open select any trigger from the list such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form. Then proceed to next and the action page will open. Now Search and select Fluent Support from the action page.

Integration Name/Title: Here give the meaningful integration title as per your requirement.

To establish a connection with Fluent Support, simply click on the “Connect to Fluent Support” button. After successfully establishing the connection, proceed by clicking on “Next.”

In the Fluent Support integration settings, you will see a “Map Fields” option. This is where you will need to map the fields from your trigger to the corresponding fields in Fluent Support. The “Title”, “Content”, “First Name”, “Last Name” and “Email” field is the default field in Fluent Support, so you will need to map your form’s “Title”, “Content”, “First Name”, “Last Name” and “Email” field to this field in Fluent Support. You have the option to map additional fields by clicking on the Plus (+) icon.

Utilities

Support Staff: In Fluent Support, selecting a Ticket Owner is required to create a ticket. You must choose the support staff from the drop-down menu.

Business Inbox: Add a Business Inbox to your tickets in Fluent Support.

Client Priority: By enabling this option, you can set the priority for every ticket. Select priority from the drop-down option of your choices.

Attachment (PRO): You can attach files in Fluent Support by checking the box and selecting the upload field in your form. Supported file types are Photos, CSV, PDF/Docs, Zip, and JSON, with a maximum file size of 2.0MB.

Conditional Logics

With this feature, you can incorporate conditions into the integration process. When the specified conditions align, the data will be transmitted to your Fluent Support. For additional details, we recommend consulting our documentation regarding conditional logic. After you have configured your conditional logic, click Next to continue.
