Authorization of Zoom Integration

First, you have to select Zoom from the actions page. To do this open your Bit Integrations dashboard then click on the Create Integration button now the Trigger page will open select any trigger from the list such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form. Then proceed to next and the action page will open. Now Search and select Zoom from the action page.

Integration Name/Title: Here give the meaningful integration title as per your requirement.

To get your Zoom Client ID & Client secret, follow these steps:

  • Choose your app type: OAuth
  • Type Name your app and choose app type -> Account-Level app
  • Disable the publish this app and click on the Create App
  • Go to the Bit Integrations page, copy the Authorized Redirect URIs, and paste the Redirect URL for OAuth and Add allow lists.
  • Go to the Scopes tab, add scopes then Click on Done button.

    • user:write:user:admin
    • meeting:read:list_meetings
    • meeting:read:list_registration_questions:admin
    • meeting:read:list_registration_questions
    • meeting:write:registrant
    • meeting:write:registrant:admin
    • meeting:read:list_registrants
    • meeting:read:list_registrants:admin
    • meeting:delete:registrant
    • user:read:list_users:admin
  • Then go to the App credentials tab, copy the Client ID & Client Secret, and paste it into the integration’s dashboard. And Click on Authorize button.

Once you have successfully entered your Zoom Client ID & Client secret, click “Authorize” to proceed. Once you have successfully authorized your account then click on “Next“.

After the authorization process, select the All Meetings as Meeting to create a user/attendee under meeting, then select Action(Create AttendeeDelete AttendeeCreate UserDelete User). If you don’t see any Meetings. Click on the refresh button.

You must have Registration: Required when creating the meeting. Otherwise, the integration will not work.

In the integration settings, you will see a “Map Fields” option. This is where you will need to map the fields from your form to the corresponding fields in Zoom. The “First Name“, “Last Name” and “Email” field is the default field in Zoom, so you will need to map your form’s The “First Name“, “Last Name” and “Email” field to this field in Zoom. You have the option to map additional fields by clicking on the Plus (+) icon.

Conditional Logics

With this feature, you can incorporate conditions into the integration process. When the specified conditions align, the data will be transmitted to your Zoom. For additional details, we recommend consulting our documentation regarding conditional logic. After you have configured your conditional logic, click Next to continue.

Once you have configured the desired settings for the integration, click the Save & Finish button to save the integration.
