Authorization of Sarbacane Integration

First, you have to select the Sarbacane from the actions page. To do this open your Bit Integrations dashboard then click on the Create Integration button now the Trigger page will open select any trigger from the list such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form. Then proceed to next and the action page will open. Now Search and select Sarbacane from the action page.

Integration Name/Title: Here give the meaningful integration title as per your requirement.

To get the Sarbacane Access Account ID and Access API Key, follow these steps:

• Open your Sarbacane contacts application.
• Click Settings on the left side.
• Go to API & Webhooks.
• Click Create an API Key.
• Enter a description and click Save.
• Copy the API Key and paste it into the Integration Access API key field.
• Find your Account ID under API & Webhooks.
• Copy and paste the Account ID into the Integration Access Account ID field.

Once you have successfully entered your Sarbacane Access Account ID and Access API Key, click “Authorize” to proceed. Once you have successfully authorized your account then click on “Next“.

List: Select a list from the drop-down menu.

In the integration settings, you will see a “Map Fields” option. This is where you will need to map the fields from your form to the corresponding fields in Sarbacane. The “Email” field is the default field in Sarbacane, so you will need to map your form’s “Email” field to this field in Sarbacane. You have the option to map additional fields by clicking on the Plus (+) icon.

Update Mailify: You can also update previously submitted data by enabling the “Update Mailify” action. For example, if a user submits data under an email address, and then submits data again under the same email address with new information, the new data will overwrite the old data if the “Update Mailify” action is enabled.

Conditional Logics

With this feature, you can incorporate conditions into the integration process. When the specified conditions align, the data will be transmitted to your Sarbacane. For additional details, we recommend consulting our documentation regarding conditional logic. After you have configured your conditional logic, click Next to continue.

Once you have configured the desired settings for the integration, click the Save & Finish button to save the integration.
