Authorization of Gravitec Integration

First, you have to select the Gravitec from the actions page. To do this open your Bit Integrations dashboard then click on the Create Integration button now the Trigger page will open select any trigger from the list such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form. Then proceed to next and the action page will open. Now Search and select Gravitec from the action page.

Integration Name/Title: Here give the meaningful integration title as per your requirement.

To set up Gravitec integration with Bit Integrations, you’ll need Gravitec Site URL, App Key, and App Secret. Follow these steps to get them.

1. Add Your Website on Gravitec:

• Begin by accessing your Gravitec dashboard.
• Locate and click the “Add your Website” button.
• Choose the platform that aligns with your website, such as WordPress in this example.
• Enter your website’s URL, ensuring you select the correct protocol (HTTPS or HTTP).
• If you desire, you have the option to upload an icon.
• Click “Continue” to proceed.

2. Integrate with WordPress:

• Navigate to the “Integration” section within Gravitec.
• Select “WordPress” from the available options.
• Install the Gravitec plugin within your WordPress dashboard.
• Access the Gravitec plugin settings and choose “Connect to existing account.”
• Return to your Gravitec dashboard and click on “Verify integrations.”
• Grant permission for notifications.

3. Obtain API Credentials and Complete Integration:

• Access the “REST API” section within Gravitec.
• You will find your App Key and App Secret displayed here.
• Copy both your App Key and App Secret.
• Paste them into the designated fields within the integration page on your WordPress dashboard.
• Enter your website’s URL in the “Site URL” field.

Once you have successfully entered your Gravitec Site URL, App Key, and App Secret, click “Authorize” to proceed. Then click Next.

Select Action: Select an Action from the drop-down option. For example: “Push Notification“

In the Gravitec integration settings, you will see a “Map Fields” option. This is where you will need to map the fields from your form to the corresponding fields in Gravitec. The “Message”, “Icon” and “Redirect URL” fields are the default field in Gravitec, so you will need to map your form’s “Message”, “Icon” and “Redirect URL” fields to this field in Gravitec. You have the option to map additional fields by clicking on the Plus (+) icon.

Utilities

Add Button: Please feel free to enable this option if you would like to add a button to your notifications.

• Button Title: Please choose a title for your button.
• Button URL: Provide the URL for your button so that we can create a link.

Conditional Logics

With this feature, you can incorporate conditions into the integration process. When the specified conditions align, the data will be transmitted to your Gravitec. For additional details, we recommend consulting our documentation regarding conditional logic. After you have configured your conditional logic, click Next to continue.
