Setup of Registration Integration

First you have to select the Registration from the actions page. To do this open your Bit Integrations dashboard then click on Create Integration button now the Trigger page will open select any trigger from the list such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form. Then proceed to next and the action page will open. Now Search and select Registration from the action page.

Action type​

• New User Create: If you want to create a new user. Then choose to create a new user.
• Updated User: If you want to change the information of a user, then you will like Update User. It changes information based on username or email.

In the Registration integration settings, you will see a “Map Fields” option. This is where you will need to map the fields from your form to the corresponding fields in Registration. The “Email” field is the default field in Registration, so you will need to map your form’s “Email” field to this field in Registration. You have the option to map additional fields by clicking on the Plus (+) icon.

Meta Field Mapping

Additionally, you can add custom fields to personalize your users’ profile. You can create custom fields. After creating custom fields, you have to map it with Trigger fields from the User Meta Field Mapping. For that you need the corresponding id of the custom field.

Utilities

• User Email Notification: When this option is enabled, a welcome email will be sent from WordPress after registration.
• Admin Email Notification: If this option is enabled, e-mail will be sent from WordPress to admin.
• Auto Login After Registration: if checked Auto Login, the user login automatically after registration.
• Add WP User Role (Required): By enabling this option, you can add a WordPress user role. Make sure to choose a user role, or the integration won’t be saved.

Conditional Logics

With this feature, you can incorporate conditions into the integration process. When the specified conditions align, the data will be transmitted to your Registration. For additional details, we recommend consulting our documentation regarding conditional logic. After you have configured your conditional logic, click Next to continue.
