Authorization of WP Webhooks Integration

First, you have to select the WP Webhooks from the actions page. To do this open your Bit Integrations dashboard then click on the Create Integration button now the Trigger page will open select any trigger from the list such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form. Then proceed to next and the action page will open. Now Search and select WP Webhooks from the action page.

Integration Name/Title: Here give the meaningful integration title as per your requirement.

To get your WP Webhooks URL, follow these steps:

1. Access WP Webhooks Plugin:

  • Make sure you have the WP Webhooks plugin installed and activated on your WordPress site.

2. Create a Flow:

  • Go to Settings > WP Webhooks > Automations (Flows).
  • Click Add New Flow and give it a clear name.

3. Configure Trigger:

  • Click Edit Flow on your newly created flow.
  • Click Add Trigger and choose HTTP Request Received.
  • Click Continue.

4. Copy and Paste URL:

  • The Receivable Trigger URL displayed is your unique WP Webhooks URL.
  • Copy this URL.

5. Set POST Method:

  • In your chosen platform or tool where you need to use this URL, paste it into the appropriate field (usually labeled “Link” or “URL”).
  • Make sure the method type is set to POST.

In the “Body” section, make sure to check the box that says “Send All Data.” Next, select the content type as “application/json.” You can start testing the Webhook by simply clicking on the “Test Webhook” button.

Return to WP Webhooks and click on “Continue and Save Fields“. In the test trigger section, opt for “Get log data” as the data type. Next, choose a log. Now, click on the finish trigger.

For this integration, you will require the Pro version of WP Webhooks.

To add an action, follow these steps:

1. Add an Action:

  • Click the Add Action button within your flow editor.

2. Choose WordPress and User Creation:

  • Select WordPress as the service and then choose the Create a User action.
  • Click Continue.

3. Map Fields:

  • Under Action settings, you’ll see fields representing the user data you want to create.
  • Match each field from the webhook request (using data mapping if needed) to the corresponding WordPress user field. This ensures the user is created with the correct information.
  • Click Continue after mapping all fields.

4. Test and Validate:

  • Choose Fire Webhook Action as the data type under Test action.
  • Click Fire Action to send a test request to your WP Webhooks URL.

5. Save and Activate:

  • Click Finish Action to complete the configuration.
  • Finally, click Activate on your flow to make it live.

Please return to the integrations page in order to save the integration.

Conditional Logics

With this feature, you can incorporate conditions into the integration process. When the specified conditions align, the data will be transmitted to your WP Webhooks. For additional details, we recommend consulting our documentation regarding conditional logic. After you have configured your conditional logic, click Next to continue.
