Authorization of Flowlu Integration

First you have to select the Flowlu from the actions page. To do this open your Bit Integrations dashboard then click on Create Integration button now the Trigger page will open select any trigger from the list such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form. Then proceed to next and the action page will open. Now Search and select Flowlu from the action page.

Integration Name/Title: Here give the meaningful integration title as per your requirement.

To set up Flowlu integration with Bit Integrations, you’ll need Flowlu API Key and Company Name. Follow these steps to get it.

• Sign in to your Flowlu account.
• Click on your profile picture in the top right corner.
• Select “Portal settings” from the menu.
• Copy your “Account URL” and paste it into the “Company Name” field in your integrations page.
• Go back to your Flowlu account and go to “API Settings“.
• Click on “Create“.
• Give your “API Key” a name and grant all of the permissions.
• Click on “Save“.
• Your “API Key” will be displayed.
• Copy it and paste it into the “API Key” field in your integrations page.

Once you have successfully entered your API Key and Company Name, click “Authorize” to proceed. Once you have successfully authorized your account then click on “Next“.

Select Action: Select an option from the drop-down list. For Example: “Create Account“

Select Account Type: Select an option from the drop-down list. For Example: “Contact“

In the Flowlu integration settings, you will see a “Map Fields” option. This is where you will need to map the fields from your form to the corresponding fields in Flowlu. The “Name” field is the default field in Flowlu, so you will need to map your form’s “Name” field to this field in Flowlu.
