Authorization of Brevo (Sendinblue) Integration

First you have to select the Brevo (Sendinblue) from the actions page. To do this open your Bit Integrations dashboard then click on Create Integration button now the Trigger page will open select any trigger from the list such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form. Then proceed to next and the action page will open. Now Search and select Brevo (Sendinblue) from the action page.

Integration Name/Title: Here give the meaningful integration title as per your requirement.

API Key: Copy the key from your Brevo (Sendinblue) dashboard and paste it into the designated field. If you don’t possess one, generate a new API key by navigating to the Brevo (Sendinblue) API Console, then selecting SMTP & API, navigating the API section, and finally Generating a new API key. Provide the required information during the registration process to obtain your API key.

Once you have successfully entered your API key, click “Authorize” to proceed.

Once you have successfully authorized your account, select the list from the dropdown option. You have to create a list on the Brevo (Sendinblue) dashboard & that will show on the drop-down list. Also, you can select multiple lists. If doesn’t show any list, click the refresh button.

In the Brevo integration settings, you will see a “Map Fields” option. This is where you will need to map the fields from your form to the corresponding fields in Brevo (Sendinblue). Map all the mandatory CRM fields to the corresponding fields in your form/task.

Update Brevo (Sendinblue): You can also update the submitted data by enabling the action called Update Sendinblue. Suppose the user already submitted data under an email address. Again they want to submit data under the same email, if the action is enabled then the new data will be updated regarding that email address.
