Authorization of Encharge Integration

First you have to select the Encharge from the actions page. To do this open your Bit Integrations dashboard then click on Create Integration button now the Trigger page will open select any trigger from the list such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form. Then proceed to next and the action page will open. Now Search and select Encharge from the action page.

Integration Name/Title: Here give the meaningful integration title as per your requirement.

To set up Encharge integration with Bit Integrations, you’ll need Encharge API Key. Follow these steps to get it.

1. Go to your Encharge dashboard.
2. Click on the “Settings” icon located at the upper right corner.
3. Navigate to “Your Account” in the left sidebar.
4. Locate your “API Key” within this section.
5. Copy the API key and insert it into the designated field for API keys within the integrations.

Once you have successfully entered your Encharge API Key, click “Authorize” to proceed. Once you have successfully authorized your account then click on “Next“.

Tags: You can add “Tags” (multiple tags are allowed) in Encharge integration.

In the Encharge integration settings, you will see a “Map Fields” option. This is where you will need to map the fields from your form to the corresponding fields in Encharge. The “Email” field is the default field in Encharge, so you will need to map your form’s “Email” field to this field in Encharge. You have the option to map additional fields by clicking on the Plus (+) icon.

Encharge Conditional Logics

With this feature, you can incorporate conditions into the integration process. When the specified conditions align, the data will be transmitted to your Encharge. For additional details, we recommend consulting our documentation regarding conditional logic. After you have configured your conditional logic, click Next to continue.
