WC Affiliate Integration: WordPress Affiliate Membership Plugin

WC Affiliate Integration: WC Affiliate is a WooCommerce plugin that lets you easily create, manage, and grow your own affiliate program, including tracking referrals, setting commissions, and handling payouts.

Bit Integrations is a WordPress automation plugin that connects your favorite form builders and website tools directly with WC Affiliate. Linking these systems together, it reduces manual work, streamlines data flow, and enhances how you capture leads and manage WordPress affiliate automation.

Before You Start

Before Creating Integration, make sure you have:

  • WC Affiliate plugin installed and active
  • Bit Integrations are installed and active
  • A supported WC Affiliate event is ready to test
  • A trigger app has been selected

Step 1: Create a New Integration

Go to your WordPress dashboard and open Bit Integrations. From the Bit Integrations dashboard, click the Create Integration button to start creating a new automation. This is where you will connect Bit Form with WC Affiliate.

Step 2: Select Bit Form as the Trigger

On the trigger selection screen, search for Bit Form and select it. After selecting Bit Form, choose the form you want to connect with WC Affiliate. This means the integration will run only when someone submits that selected Bit Form.

Once the form is selected, click Next to continue.

Step 3: Select WC Affiliate as the Action

Now you need to choose where the Bit Form data will be sent. Search for the WC Affiliate from the action app list and select it.

In this setup, WC Affiliate works as the action app. So, when someone submits the selected Bit Form, Bit Integrations will send that submitted data to WC Affiliate automatically.

Step 4: Authorize the WC Affiliate Connection

After selecting WC Affiliate, you will see the WC Affiliate integration settings screen. Add an integration name, such as WC Affiliate or Bit Form to WC Affiliate, so you can easily identify it later.

If WC Affiliate is already active on your WordPress site, Bit Integrations will show it as activated. Then click Next to move forward.

After selecting Create Affiliate, choose Active as the Affiliate Status and Percent as the Commission Type. Select the Active option for your Affiliate status and the Percent option for Commission Type.

If you use percentage-based commission, make sure the commission value you send is a number. For example, use 10 for a 10% commission.

Step 5: Map Bit Form Fields with WC Affiliate Fields

In the Map Fields section, connect the Bit Form fields with the correct WC Affiliate fields. This tells Bit Integrations which form value should go into which WC Affiliate field.

For example, map the User ID field from Bit Form to the User ID field in WC Affiliate. Then, map the Commission field to the Commission Amount field in WC Affiliate. After mapping the required fields, click Next.

Keep in mind that “User ID” is a mandatory default field, so your form must be mapped to this field to ensure proper data transfer.

Step 6: Save the Integration

After setting up the integration according to your preferences, click the “Finish & Save” button to save the integration.

Now your Bit Form to WC Affiliate integration is ready. From this point, whenever someone submits the selected Bit Form, Bit Integrations will send the data to your selected WC Affiliate automatically.

Step 7: Integration Log

Every integration provides a timeline where you can review its activity and see whether the Integration was successful or if any errors occurred.

If the status shows success, the data was sent to WC Affiliate correctly. If it shows an error, open the response details and check which field or value needs to be fixed. The most common issue is usually missing or incorrect required field mapping, especially the User ID field.
