Authorization of Dropbox Integration

First you have to select the Dropbox from the actions page. To do this open your Bit Integrations dashboard then click on Create Integration button now the Trigger page will open select any trigger from the list such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form. Then proceed to next and the action page will open. Now Search and select Dropbox from the action page.

Integration Name/Title: Here give the meaningful integration title as per your requirement.

To set up Dropbox integration with Bit Integrations, you’ll need Dropbox API key & API Secret. Follow these steps to get them.

• Click on Dropbox API Console or Go to the Dropbox developer portal.
• Select “Scoped access” as the API type.
• Select “Full Dropbox” as the type of access you need.
• Enter a name for your app and click the “Create App” button.
• Go to the “Permissions” tab.
• In the “Permissions that allow your app to view and manage” section, enable all of the scopes.
• Copy the API key and API secret.
• Paste the API key and API secret into the integration’s dashboard.

To get the Access Code, click on Dropbox Access Code. Now copy the Generated Access Code and paste it into the integration’s dashboard. Now Click on “Authorize” button.

Once you have successfully entered your Dropbox API key, API Secret & Access Code, click “Authorize” to proceed. Once you have successfully authorized your account then click on “Next“.

In the Dropbox integration settings, you will see a “Map Fields” option. This is where you will need to map the fields from your form to the corresponding fields in Dropbox. Choose a folder from the dropdown list where you wish to transfer the files into.
