Process of Authorization and Integration​

First you have to select the Keap from the actions page. To do this open your Bit Integrations dashboard then click on Create Integration button now the Trigger page will open select any trigger from the list such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form. Then proceed to next and the action page will open. Now Search and select Keap from the action page.

Integration Name/Title: Here give the meaningful integration title as per your requirement.

To set up Keap integration with Bit Integrations, you need to create an app in Keap and get the app’s Client ID and Client Secret. Here’s how to do it:

• Go to the Keap Developer Console and click on Create an App.
• In the app creation form, enter a proper app name.
• Enable APIs by clicking on the “Enable” button.
• Click on the “Save” button.
• Your Client ID and Client Secret will be generated.
• Copy the Client ID and Client Secret, and paste them into the fields in Bit Integrations.

Once you have successfully entered your Keap Client ID and Client Secret, click “Authorize” to proceed. Once you have successfully authorized your account then click on “Next“.

In the Keap integration settings, you will see a “Map Fields” option. This is where you will need to map the fields from your form to the corresponding fields in Keap. The “First Name” and “Email Address” field is the default field in Keap, so you will need to map your form’s “First Name” and “Email Address” field to this field in Keap. You have the option to map additional fields by clicking on the Plus (+) icon.

Conditional Logics

With this feature, you can incorporate conditions into the integration process. When the specified conditions align, the data will be transmitted to your Keap. For additional details, we recommend consulting our documentation regarding conditional logic. After you have configured your conditional logic, click Next to continue.
