Authorization of Zoom Webinar Integration

First, you have to select Zoom Webinar from the actions page. To do this open your Bit Integrations dashboard then click on the Create Integration button now the Trigger page will open select any trigger from the list such as Bit Form, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, WS Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, Everest Forms, Elementor Form. Then proceed to next and the action page will open. Now Search and select Zoom Webinar from the action page.

Integration Name/Title: Here give the meaningful integration title as per your requirement.

To create a Zoom Webinar integration with Bit Integrations, you’ll need the Zoom Client ID & Client Secret. Follow these steps to obtain them.

• Go to the Zoom Webinar App Marketplace or click on Get Zoom Client ID and Client Secret.
• Choose General App and click on Create. Give your app a name.
• In the Basic Information section, scroll down and add your Authorized Redirect URIs to the OAuth Redirect URL and OAuth Allow Lists.
• On the left side, click on Scopes and then click on Add Scopes.
• Add the following scopes:
  • user:read:user
  • user:read:token
  • user:delete:user
  • webinar:read:webinar
  • webinar:write:webinar
  • webinar:delete:webinar
• Go back to Basic Information.
• Copy the Client ID and Client Secret.
• Paste them into the integration’s Client ID and Client Secret fields.

Once you have successfully entered your Zoom Webinar Client ID & Client secret, click “Authorize” to proceed. Once you have successfully authorized your account then click on “Next“.

All Webinars: Choose your webinars. Make sure you have created webinars in your Zoom account first.

Action: Choose an action from the drop-down menu.

In the Zoom Webinar integration settings, you will see a “Map Fields” option. This is where you will need to map the fields from your form to the corresponding fields in Zoom Webinar. The “First Name“, “Last Name” and “Email” field is the default field in Zoom Webinar, so you will need to map your form’s The “First Name“, “Last Name” and “Email” field to this field in Zoom Webinar. You have the option to map additional fields by clicking on the Plus (+) icon.

Conditional Logics

In the Zoom Webinar integration settings, you can add conditions to the integration process. When these conditions are met, the data will be sent to your Zoom Webinar. For more details, refer to our documentation on conditional logic. After setting up your conditional logic, click Next to proceed.
